ITIL® 4 Foundation - IT Service Management Certification introduces delegates to the Service Value System (SVS) which describes how all the components and activities of the organization work together as a system to enable value creation. The ITIL SVS supports many work approaches, such as Agile, DevOps and Lean as well as traditional process and project management, with a flexible value-oriented operating model.
The ITIL Foundation (ITIL 4 Foundation Edition) course can provide delegates with an extensive introduction to the core concepts of ITIL. It helps your understanding of the ITIL principles and demonstrates how they can improve an individual’s work and the work of the organization.

Features of the Live coaching
- Two hours of coaching included, but you can add two or four more hours by selecting the corresponding option among the additional services of the package.
- Coaching will take place remotely through a web-conference tool (Microsoft Teams) and will allow you to discuss unclear topics with an accredited instructor, including information on how to manage the certification exam. During the coaching session, the following activities can be carried out:
- Planning learning activities
- Even after the session, email exchange with the trainer for educational support
- Learning verification and content deepening
- We recommend scheduling the coaching session after completing self-study and before taking the exam.
ITIL 4 Foundation online exam format
- Duration of 60 minutes (25% extra time for candidates taking the exam in a language other than their native language)
- Closed book
- 40 multiple choice questions
- 1 mark for each correct answer
- Passing score: 26/40 marks - 65%
