ITIL 4 Specialist: Acquiring & Managing Cloud Services certification explores the concept of the ‘cloud services user journey’ which aligns key ITIL concepts such as Guiding Principles and the Service Value Chain to provide a holistic view and understanding of the entire procurement lifecycle.
ITIL® 4 AMCS exam (for RETAKE) can be purchased exclusively if the first exam attempt has not been passed. In order to purchase it, candidates must have obtained the first exam voucher through iLEARN.
ITIL 4 SPECIALIST ACQUIRING & MANAGING CLOUD SERVICES ONLINE EXAM FORMAT
- Duration of 90 minutes (25% extra time for candidates taking the exam in a language other than their native language)
- Closed book
- 40 multiple choice questions
- Passing score: 26/40 marks - 65%

Furthermore, candidates must have taken the related accredited training course.
